NIS America ha anunciado durante el NISA Press Event 2017 que Tokyo Tattoo Girls se lanzará para PlayStation Vita y a PC a través de Steam este verano. La compañía no ha mencionado si el juego llegará en formato físico pero si ha afirmado que vendrá con textos en Inglés.
