Este año PlayStation Awards comenzará a las 3 de la mañana (Hora española). Los PlayStation Awards se celebran anualmente para otorgar premios a los títulos que más han vendido en Japón.
Se otorgarán diferentes premios, el “Platinum Prize” es otorgado aquellos que han vendido más de un millón de unidades y el “Gold Prize” a aquellos que han vendido más de 500.000 unidades.
Los “PlayStation Network Award” se otorgan a los tres títulos que haya tenido mayor venta por descargas y el premio “Asia Special Award” es otorgados a los tres títulos que hayan contribuido más al negocio Asiático. Y por último se otorgará el “User Choice” a los que hayan tenido más votos de los fans.
